By booking a stay or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels.

  • Full payment or a deposit (as indicated at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation.

  • Payment can be made via card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

 

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

  • We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in time: after 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: by 10:00 AM

  • Early arrival or late departure must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

 

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect the site, facilities, and other visitors.

  • No excessive noise, illegal substances, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.

  • Pets are allowed and must be under control at all times.

 

5. Safety and Liability

  • Chelworth Fields takes all reasonable precautions for guest safety but cannot accept liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

  • Guests must follow all site rules, including fire safety and wildlife guidelines.

 

6. Site Rules

  • Each glamping unit must be used by the number of guests booked.

  • Smoking in designated areas only.

  • Any damage to property or facilities must be reported immediately; guests may be charged for repairs.

 

7. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings, including dates or number of guests, must be requested in advance.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

 

8. Privacy

  • Personal information provided during booking will be used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

 

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
